At Trailhead Integrated Services, we understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. Our Beckley office was thoughtfully designed to feel comfortable, calm, and welcoming from the moment you arrive.
Located in southern West Virginia, our office provides private spaces for outpatient therapy, child-centered services, family support, and case management.
Designed with Children and Families in Mind
Our office includes comfortable therapy rooms, a child-friendly play-therapy space, and a welcoming waiting area. Children can communicate and build skills through developmentally appropriate activities, while teens, adults, and families have private spaces to talk openly and work toward their goals.
Our environment is professional without feeling clinical. We want every person who enters Trailhead to feel respected, supported, and at ease.
Your First Visit
During your first appointment, your clinician will take time to learn about your concerns, strengths, experiences, and goals. Parents and caregivers may also participate when appropriate to the child’s age, individual needs, and treatment plan.
