Trailhead Integrated Services provides community-based behavioral health services for children and families across West Virginia. Our goal is to help youth succeed at home, in school, and in their communities through evidence-based, family-driven care.

Child and Family Therapy
Our office in Beckley, WV is set up to provide play therapy to children as young as three and to see your entire family for family sessions.

Leadership
Trailhead Integrated Services was founded by Chelsey Keathley and Shane Stines with a shared commitment to expanding compassionate, accessible behavioral health services for individuals and families throughout West Virginia.
Chelsey Keathley, MSW, LGSW
Co-Founder and Executive Director
Chelsey is a licensed social worker with experience in child welfare, family services, behavioral health, supervision, and organizational leadership. Her career has included work with children and families experiencing complex challenges, as well as leadership roles focused on strengthening services and supporting professionals in the field. As Executive Director, Chelsey oversees Trailhead’s programs, clinical operations, policy implementation, and quality-improvement efforts.
Shane Stines
Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Shane holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and brings more than a decade of experience working with children and families. Shane has extensive experience in business management and supervision. His career has included case management, positive behavior support, parent coaching, IDD services, and problem-solving with families. As Chief Operating Officer of Trailhead, Shane oversees day-to-day operations, facilities, strategic planning, and organizational growth.
